The
memorial is located in the centre of the long garden, the Promenade,
Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England. Obelisk designed by R.L. Boulton & Sons of Cheltenham. The three steps to the memorial are of local Leckhampton stone, the remainder being of Portland stone with four faces containing over 1200 names.
